Can we decide to only have the garages during the colder months instead of the whole lease term? What is the cost of a garage?

Garage and storage leases are for the full lease term and cannot be altered mid-lease.

We offer lease terms of 12–15 months based on availability.

Parking is readily available for residents. We also offer detached and semi-detached garages for rent.

Yes, you can paint the walls, but they must be returned to a neutral color upon moving out.

How do lease renewals work at the end of a lease?

We’ll provide you with a renewal offer approximately 90 days before your lease end date. Please note 60 days’ written notice is required. We hope you’ll choose to stay and continue enjoying your time with us!

Yes, we have a dedicated maintenance team available to address issues promptly.

Is smoking allowed in apartments or common areas?

Aria of Zionsville is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted within apartments or common areas.

Absolutely! Make your new home yours. Just remember to remove the TV mount and fill any holes upon moving out.
