To simplify your experience, our apartment homes come equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests to remove these appliances due to storage constraints.
Can we decide to only have the garages during the colder months instead of the whole lease term? What is the cost of a garage?
Garage and storage leases are for the full lease term and cannot be altered mid-lease.
How is maintenance handled at this property?
Our maintenance team provides excellent service and ensures timely resolution of issues.
What school district are we in?
Aria of Zionsville is located within the Zionsville Community School District, known for its excellent schools.
What are the lease term lengths?
We offer lease terms of 12–15 months based on availability.
How hard is it to find a parking spot?
Parking is readily available for residents. We also offer detached and semi-detached garages for rent.
Can we paint the walls?
Yes, you can paint the walls, but they must be returned to a neutral color upon moving out.
How do lease renewals work at the end of a lease?
We’ll provide you with a renewal offer approximately 90 days before your lease end date. Please note 60 days’ written notice is required. We hope you’ll choose to stay and continue enjoying your time with us!
Is there a maintenance team available for assistance?
Yes, we have a dedicated maintenance team available to address issues promptly.
Is smoking allowed in apartments or common areas?
Aria of Zionsville is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted within apartments or common areas.

Our apartments are unfurnished, but we can refer you to CORT Furniture for rental options.
Do all buildings have an elevator?
Building 1 has an elevator, while buildings 2 and 3 feature wide stairwells for easy access.

Within a short walk or drive, you’ll find shopping and dining options conveniently located nearby.
Can I mount my TV?
Absolutely! Make your new home yours. Just remember to remove the TV mount and fill any holes upon moving out.
